If you make contact through either route, the information you provide — including your email address — will be used solely to respond to your enquiry and assist with your purchase where relevant. Your email address will not be shared with any third party, used for marketing, or retained beyond the period necessary to handle your message.

Email addresses and messages submitted through the direct web form are processed by EmailJS and stored in accordance with their privacy policy and data processing terms. You can review their privacy policy at emailjs.com. EmailJS states their alignment to GDPR and that they do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data submitted via Microsoft Forms is stored and processed by Microsoft under their own data handling terms.

This site does not currently use any third-party analytics tools. No tracking scripts, pixels, or analytics services are loaded by this website.

If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before any such tools are enabled.

This site does not set cookies directly. The hosting platform (Replit) may set technical cookies as part of delivering the site. These are outside Elite Prompt Studio’s control and are limited to what is necessary for the hosting service to function.

No marketing, tracking, or preference cookies are used.

Elite Prompt Studio sells products through Etsy and Gumroad. All transactions take place on those platforms. If you make a purchase, your personal and payment data is handled by Etsy or Gumroad under their respective privacy policies. Elite Prompt Studio does not collect, store, or process payment information.

Links to Etsy and Gumroad listings are provided on this site, but the transaction and any associated data handling occurs entirely on those external platforms.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• request deletion of your data
